What is the simplest way to learn electronics? How can electronics be understood easily?

The learning must start with the basic definition. The electronic circuit is a combination of electronic devices connected with conductors.

The quickest way to learn is to understand the electronic circuit experiment as it makes you learn electronics whilst having a little fun.

And also the understanding of any type of work becomes much easier. So learning basics is actually the simplest way to learn electronics.

A single electronic circuit may consist of several small electronic circuits connected inside that work together.
